The private Chemical Hazard and Alternatives Toolkit, or ChemHAT, has been launched to provide worker information on chemicals. "ChemHAT is the first chemical information source geared specifically for workers," said Ernest Pacheco, a coordinator at a Communications Workers of America district in California.
