As nanotechnology advances, so do the concerns of consumer groups
As more companies use nanotechnology to make their products, consumer groups are raising concerns about potential health effects. Groups such as Friends of the Earth say nanoparticles are so small that they could penetrate human skin or cells in ways that larger particles cannot.
