Dow Chemical declares force majeure at Texas plant
Dow Chemical said it will not be able to deliver full orders of Voranate toluene di-isocyanate to its customers because of "complications resulting from a breakage of equipment" at its facility in Freeport, Texas. The company said it "will begin to allocate available TDI in a manner that is fair and reasonable and in accordance with contract terms."
