Only 36% of the more than 140 health systems and hospital administrators responding to a KPMG survey expressed confidence that their groups are ready to meet the stage 2 EHR meaningful use standards, while 47% said they are somewhat confident and 4% said they aren't confident at all. Change management and training were cited as the primary barriers to fulfilling the mandates.
