Survey of health care staffing finds burnout, trouble filling jobs
A survey by recruiting firm CareerBuilder showed 60% of health care personnel are experiencing professional burnout, while 34% of employers noted trouble filling open positions with qualified candidates. The study found 34% of health care workers plan to seek new employment this year, compared with only 24% in 2012, while 45% plan to do so within two years.
