Diet, exercise combo helps middle-age women shed most weight

Overweight, postmenopausal women who combined diet and exercise, and stuck to the regimen, lost about 21 pounds over a one-year period, according to Seattle researchers. The study found women who only dieted lost about 18 pounds and those who only exercised lost 5 pounds.
