CNA says Canadian nurses may flock to U.S. for jobs
The Canadian Nurses Association says it fears nurses may head to the U.S. to take advantage of the nurse shortage and health reforms currently still under debate in Congress. Nurse leaders said Alberta could be especially hard hit because of its ongoing hiring freeze for RNs.
