Presidential restrictions on air space anger pilots
Pilots in Florida say they will raise concerns about post-Sept. 11 tightened flight regulations when the Aviation Summit comes to the Tampa Bay area Nov. 5 to 7. Some say the airspace restrictions are too tight when the president is in town, and they say regulators don't consider the impact on local general aviation when they set such restrictions.
