Officials in Russia may ban duty-free liquor from being brought aboard planes after a few recent brawls on flights. "Changes are needed to end such uproar on planes. It's a direct threat to flight security," said Vitaly Yefimov, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma's transport committee.
