To better understand career decisions of industry professionals throughout various life stages and the factors that influence these decisions, the Society of Petroleum Engineers is conducting a survey using social media. API supports the SPE survey, and we are trying to reach people trained in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The SPE Talent Council survey entitled "Survey on Factors Impacting Retention of the Science, Technical, Engineering and Mathematics Workforce" is open to all, and respondents do not need to be members of SPE to participate.
