Chevron Chairman and CEO James Watson sees only a few hurdles to hydraulic fracturing in the U.S. During an interview, Watson acknowledged that some have concerns because they aren't used to the drilling technique. "And so we have to work through those with the governments. I think in due course we'll do that because they'll see the advantages to it," Watson said.
