Supreme Court rejects API challenge to EPA air rule
The American Petroleum Institute's petition to overturn the Environmental Protection Agency's air quality rule for nitrogen dioxide releases was rejected by the U.S. Supreme Court. Under the rule, nitrogen dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere will be limited to 100 parts per billion.
