More structures could collapse in Haiti

Extreme poverty, jigsaw neighborhoods and ramshackle slums are all part of Haiti's landscape, and many fear the recent school collapse is a sign of things to come. President Rene Préval said constant turnover in the government and poor oversight by inspectors are responsible for the collapse. "There is a code already, but they don't follow it," he said. "What we need is political stability."
