Dubai teaching conference focuses on special-needs students
Attendees of a Learning Disability Conference in the United Arab Emirates are expected to develop a plan to improve teaching and learning among Dubai's students with special needs. Despite some successes, officials say Dubai lacks the policies, incentives and funding to support quality special-needs education.
