Finland officials are working to create ethnic balance in schools

Officials in Helsinki are working to stop the exodus of white students from predominantly immigrant schools. Officials are spending additional money to help stop students at the immigrant schools from becoming marginalised -- a scenario that could occur if the school enrolls mostly disadvantaged students.
