Hong Kong government launches e-learning plans
Hong Kong officials have announced an e-learning pilot programme that will begin in some schools next year. In a recently issued report, officials suggest that a grant be used for all schools to purchase e-learning resources within the next three years and that teachers have access to an online community of their own.
