The $450 million Fenway Center development project can begin construction in the spring after Massachusetts' appeals court upheld a ruling allowing the project to proceed. The project was the subject of a lawsuit by HRPT Medical Buildings Realty Trust, which said the development would infringe on its property. The project calls for construction of 550 apartments and a 27-story building for offices and residences, and it also will involve retail space and parking garages.
