Injunction won't stop Keystone-related work in Texas
TransCanada must temporarily stop work related to a portion of its Keystone XL pipeline in Texas, a state judge ruled. The decision stemmed from a lawsuit filed by a Texas landowner, who alleged that the company misled him about the material to be carried in the pipeline. TransCanada spokesman David Dodson, however, said the injunction won't hamper construction work.
