The $2.6 billion Ohio River Bridges Project is moving forward after Kentucky and Indiana reached a development agreement that details the responsibilities and rights of both states. The project includes the construction of two bridges between Louisville, Ky., and southern Indiana and the reconstruction of downtown interchanges on both sides. A joint panel has been created to oversee and manage the project.
