Wash. DOT enlists help from engineering firm for rail projects
The Washington State Department of Transportation recently awarded a three-year partnership contract to Jacobs Engineering Group for the state's rail development plans. A total of 21 freight rail projects are included under the state's program, according to the agency. "We are delighted to receive this award, and look forward to continuing our support of WSDOT in the long-term delivery of its capital rail projects," said Kevin McMahon, vice president of Jacobs Group.
