Construction work has begun on a $500 million apartment and retail development on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles. The BLVD 6200 project involves 500 residential units in four buildings, 74,000 square feet of retail space and underground parking for 1,300 vehicles. The project's first phase is scheduled to reach completion by the end of 2014.
