California bridge closes after cable snaps

A snapped cable forced officials to close the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge on Tuesday. Crews are working to repair the cable, which was located on the upper deck of the bridge. The bridge will remain closed for at least 24 hours, officials said.
