ASCE announces winners of inaugural Walter LeFevre Award
Iowa State University's Civil, Construction & Environmental Engineering Department (large program category) and the University of Idaho's Department of Civil Engineering (small program category) captured the inaugural Walter Lefevre Awards. The award recognizes actions by academic institutions that promote licensure, ethics and professionalism. An honorable mention plaque was awarded to the Department of Civil Engineering at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Nominations for the 2009 awards are due January 15, 2009.
