Small-business credit cards not included in pending legislation
Congress is considering legislation that aims to tackle questionable lending practices by credit-card companies. Many home-based travel agents use a small-business credit card for their business expenses, but the Credit Cardholders Bill of Rights does not cover those types of cards. If a small-business provision is not added to the bill, agents may want to use personal cards rather than small-business cards.
