Mary Stephan, president of Powell, Ohio-based Allons Travel, suggests that travel agents should have a 15-second introduction that explains what they do and what makes them unique. One of the most frequently asked questions when people meet is "what do you do?" Having a clear, concise answer that engages the other person can be a helpful tool for agents.
