How to retain employees
Forty percent of employees say they plan to look for a new job within the next six months, write David Williams and Mary Michelle Scott of Fishbowl. This is bad news for employers who expend a lot of resources to hire the best people. Williams and Scott suggest companies try the five "R's" of employee relationships to retain them: responsibility, respect, revenue sharing, reward and relaxation time.
