EDP Renewables North America is seeking authorization from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to sell its 25% managing membership stake in Blue Canyon Windpower to Threshold Power or one of its affiliates. Blue Canyon Windpower runs a 74.25-megawatt wind farm in Oklahoma, which sells its output to the Western Farmers Electric Co-operative under a long-term deal.
