SAN DIEGO, Oct. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Qualcomm has rescheduled the time of its fourth quarter and fiscal 2009 earnings release to approximately 1:45 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on Wednesday, November 4, 2009. The earnings conference call will now begin at 2:30 p.m. PT.
