Strongco muscled its way into the industrial equipment business. The bulk of Strongco's sales comes from equipment distribution services. In 2009 Strongco sold its unprofitable Engineered Systems division for C$6.5 million (nearly $6 million) in cash. The move allows the company to focus on its core business in construction equipment distribution.
