NCI awards $2.3M for research on pancreatic cancer Dx
The National Cancer Institute has awarded $2.3 million to Emory University and Van Andel Institute for their partnership in pancreatic cancer research. Scientists at the colleges will use the funding to create biomarker systems that could be used in diagnosing pancreatic cancer early through gene expression research and a shotgun glycomics framework.
