GSK to develop biotech cancer drugs with SuperGen
GlaxoSmithKline could pay more than $375 million to co-develop cancer drugs with SuperGen based on epigenetic targets. SuperGen will receive $3 million in common stock investment upfront; GSK will have an option to further develop and globally commercialize compounds resulting from the collaboration.
