Lilly unveils biotech facility in San Diego

Eli Lilly and Co. opened a biotech facility in San Diego, where it plans to develop and test biotech drugs for cancer, diabetes and autoimmune diseases. The 100,000-square-foot facility is strategically located to allow the company to work with scientists from nearby universities and research centers.
