Airlines offer "healthy" snack options
Free in-flight meals are a thing of the past, but some airlines still serve snacks, and most provide unlimited free soda. Southwest Airlines offers Nabisco pretzels and peanuts, Delta Air Lines doles out Biscoff cookies, and JetBlue Airways serves Fritos and Terra Blues chips -- all snack portions have relatively low calories and some carriers offer "healthy" options.
