Components are just Acal away. Acal is a value-added specialist distributor of electronic components and information technology (IT) products and parts for international suppliers. The company operates through three divisions, including Electronic Components, which sells electronic products such as capacitors, electromechanical and magnetic components, power supplies, and radio-frequency and microwave components; Supply Chain (formerly parts and service) provides spare parts to field service organizations; and Medical and Scientific equipment. It distributes through 15 trading companies -- seven are located in the UK and eight in continental Europe. Acal divested its IT Solutions division in late 2007.
