Following completion of beta tests, Research In Motion has released software for BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10, which the company hopes will keep enterprise clients from straying to competing platforms. RIM said that BES 10 will be able to manage legacy and newer BlackBerry 10-based phones as well as iOS and Android handsets. While RIM touted the software's new features, analysts said its success would depend on the popularity of BB 10 handsets, which the company is scheduled to unveil Jan. 30.
