Scientists develop visor to thwart facial-recognition software
Scientists at Japan's National Institute of Informatics have developed a visor that throws off facial-recognition software used in cameras through the use of near-infrared technology. The Privacy Visor, as it's called, won't affect the vision of the user, they say.
