Amazon to shut down Web access on international Kindles

The international version of Amazon's Kindle will be available starting next week, but the e-book reader will not have the same capabilities as the domestic version. Anyone using a Kindle outside of the U.S. will not be able to access the Internet through the Kindle's experimental Web browser.
