Microsoft makes Xbox more video-friendly with new apps
Microsoft is rolling out a slew of new applications for its Xbox 360 designed to leverage the gaming device's increasing popularity as a platform for streaming video. Beginning in 2013, premium subscribers to the company's Xbox Live service will enjoy more than 40 news apps, including offerings from MTV and The CW Network.
