Study adds to doubts about sensory-integration therapy
Researchers at the University of Texas at Austin say sensory-integration therapy shows little to no benefits for children with autism spectrum disorders. They reviewed 25 studies on the therapy and found most studies showed no evidence that the therapy reduced sensitivity to stimuli.
