Flooding in Thailand sends sugar futures to 3-week high

A declining U.S. dollar and concerns about Thai crop conditions after extensive flooding boosted sugar futures to their highest level in three weeks. Sugar for March delivery rose to $0.2618 a pound Monday on ICE Futures U.S., a 3.64% increase.
