With crisis worsening, Japan plans a third round of stimulus
A third round of stimulus has been ordered for Japan, with Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda noting that the country's economy faces a rapidly deepening crisis. The new measure will follow a stimulus of ¥940 billion planned for the end of the month that will be directed toward further recovery efforts from the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami.
