Elin Katz has made a name for herself in Beverly Hills, Calif., as a woman who works wonders with cake. The former art student started her journey as a part-time baker until she was inspired to take her cakes to the next level, transforming the party staple into works of art such as cars, faces and human bodies that sell for anywhere from $300 to more than $4,000.
