Tech compensation increased by an average of 5.3% last year, the biggest salary increase seen in more than 10 years, according to a Dice report. Salaries for employees with a minimum of 15 years in the field hit the six-figure range, a first for the sector. "Employers are recognizing and adjusting to the reality of a tight market," said Scot Melland, CEO of Dice Holdings.
