White House seeks job creation without debt creation

The White House is seeking policies that will create jobs without increasing the already-vast national debt. Peter Orszag, director of the Office of Management and Budget, warned Tuesday that the Obama administration must address the swelling deficit, but that it will still seek to find ways to reduce unemployment. One policy under consideration is the creation of an infrastructure bank.
