Member of the crisis panel downplays reports of dissension
Bill Thomas, vice chairman of the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, said departures from the panel are natural as needs of the temporary panel shift. Two members of the commission's team of advisers and investigators recently left, prompting reports of disagreement. Thomas also said the commission's final report will include some surprises.
