Legislator wants more tech help in run-up to DTV switch

Rick Boucher, a Democrat from Virginia and a member of the House Telecom Subcommittee, said there needed to be more money allotted to technical assistance around the switch to all-digital TV signals next February. "There really is no source of technical assistance."
