Analysis: Networks still working on Web strategies

Networks are faced with the problem of losing control of their video assets to sites such as YouTube, but they've struggled to come up with strategies that allow them to benefit from those same assets. CBS' InnerTube portal was a failed experiment for keeping the videos in-house, but now CBS and others are creating partnerships with companies such as Joost.
