Shares of Qualcomm gained 7.1% in trading Thursday morning, giving the fabless semiconductor company a market capitalization of about $106 billion, overtaking that of Intel at $105 billion. The company expects to post net income of 90 to 98 cents per share in this quarter on revenue of $5.6 billion to $6.1 billion. The average analyst estimate was a net of 86 cents a share on revenue of $5.33 billion, according to Bloomberg.
