Communications companies say they comply with legal requests from law enforcement for privacy data. A new FBI report is said to accuse some wireless companies of "hindering" investigations by not releasing information. "[W]e review all incoming legal requests to determine what information is requested and whether disclosure of that information is lawfully permitted pursuant to the type of request submitted," Cricket Communications spokesman Greg Lund said.
