Loopt feels it has Pulse on location-based market
Loopt, a location-based service provider, will today introduce "Pulse," an application that will join the increasingly crowded field of tools that enable people to find what their looking for via their mobile devices, according to a published report. The company said it would set itself apart from rivals by providing a more comprehensive set of services.
